The Death Of Pop delivers new music Mirage, a hazy beast single taken from upcoming LP Fifths - due August 4th.
Londoners The Death of Pop have been working on reverb-driven guitar pop for a couple of years now, but they’ve been improving with every step. They’ve proven that, regardless of form, their songwriting chops are of the highest order and despite their name they don’t lament the passing of pop music, but instead they are putting their own touch to it.
Recently they released a new track called Mirage – which is taken from the Fifths EP, out 4th August. Mirage is a hazy, driven, colossal, lumbering beast of a track. Mirage is the track that’s playable on the flexidisc - the rest are available as an MP3 download.
