R&B crooner Miguel has revealed his original contribution to the soundtrack for HBO's Girls - Season 3. The brand new cut it titled Simplethings, and finds Miguel crooning very suave over some rock guitar strings about all the little things that make the soulful superstar tick, cause he only wants “simplethings”!

A model? Nah. A debutante? He’ll pass on that posh life. “Just be a tough act to follow, you know, a free spirit with a wild heart,” he sings. Give it a listen after the jump!

The soundtrack for season two, Girls Volume 2: All Adventurous Women Do. . ., is set for release on February 11th.
