Ellie Goulding gets Best British Female at the BRIT Awards, as Lorde won International Female Solo Artist. Check out the complete list of winners at this year's BRIT Awards after the jump. Pharrell Williams and his wife Helen Lasichanh walk the red carpet together at the event held at The O2 Arena on Wednesday (February 19) in London, England.

The 40-year-old entertainer which recently announced his upcominmg solo record G I R L performed last night his song Happy, but also gave the crowd a taste of his fan favorite song Get Lucky in the beginning of the performance along with Nile Rodgers.

The ceremony at the O2 Arena also featured a host of performances, including from Beyonce and Katy Perry, who put on a colourful, Egyptian-themed show in anticipation to her Dark Horse video of course. Beyonce performed her song XO live in public for the first time and it was great!

Bruno Mars also gave a live performance, just shortly after picking up the prize for best international male.
