You can enjoy watching The Strokes' first video in a long time Threat Of Joy, a track from their recent EP Future Present Past.

After five years, the band returned with a brand new EP and Threat Of Joy music video, which was directed by Warren Fu. The clip is somehow bizarre and mysterious, as we can see the band attempts to shoot a music video when a mysterious organization kidnaps the director and the film reel disappears.

The missing footage provides a narrative thread that stretches through the rest of the clip. While the band runs through a casual performance of "Threat Of Joy," members of SWAT team in full tactical gear sweep the room.

Later a sign that reads "there’s no escape" is shown.
